Birth

Charles Alexander Newell was born in about 1817. He was the son of the Reverend Robert Hasell Newell, the Rector of the church of St. Mary, Little Hormead.

Marriage

In 1867 in Lancashire he married Susanna Hoare McCall (1829-1909) from County Down, Ireland.

No issue has been identified.

Death

Charles Alexander Newell died on 8^th December 1882 in Bampfylde Road, Torquay, Devon.
